We deliver all of our monthly meat boxes on the last Wednesday of the month with the exception of December where it will be delivered the last Friday before Christmas.

2. What if I´m not at home?

Don't worry. If you will not be home we can instruct our courier to leave your box in a safe place or with a neighbour. Alternatively you can arrange delivery to your place of work if that suits you best.

3. How will my meat be delivered?

Your meat is delivered in a thermally insulated box which will hold it at the right temperature until you get home. All local deliveries are carried out by us. For nationwide deliveries we use a respectable courier company.

4. Is there a delivery charge?

If you sign up for a regular box there is no delivery charge within the 25 mile radius. For nationwide deliveries a charge of £8.95 applies. If you spend over £100 delivery is free.

5. Is your meat fresh or frozen ?

All of the meat in our boxes is fresh.

6. What if I don't like something?

That´s fine, we don´t all like the same things. If you have any particular dislikes please let us know when you place your order.

7. What if I want to add to my order?

No problem, just provide us with 3 days notice and we will put it in your box (subject to availability).

8. I want a specific cut for a dinner party but it´s not on your list, can you help?

Yes, providing that you give us enough time we can arrange for our meat to be butchered to your needs. Please Note: A cutting charge may apply.

9. Do you pass my details to third parties?

We will never give any of your details to anyone else.

10. I want to recycle my box, what can I do?

We want this too. Please leave your box out for us with the ice packs on your next delivery day, we can then re-use it. If you are a customer that has a box couriered to you, you can download a Freepost label here. Simply tape the box up without the bag or ice, attach the Freepost label and take it to your local Post Office and it will be sent back to us for re-use.

We hope that this has been useful and has answered your questions. If, on the other hand, you are even more confused please drop us a line.
